Here's what you'll need to complete this project:
- Wine stopper (we used plastic)
- Plastic cup
- Needle nose pliers
- JB Weld Qwik (or other epoxy glue)
- Plastic fork
- Various beads
- Wine topper
- 24 gauge craft wire
- elastic jewelry cord
Once mixed, place a small amount of epoxy on the top of your stopper.
Hold in place for a few minutes to set.
Set aside to allow glue to cure
(usually 4 hours to overnight).
Cut a piece of 24 gauge wire to bead...
...and string small beads on the wire to make a circle for your topper.
Run the epoxy glue along the edge of your topper and add bead circle.
Hold beads into place a few moments to set.

- Wire (Walmart, 30 yards/24 gauge, $2.99) - $.10
- Cord (Hobby Lobby or Walmart) - $.10
- Glue (Walmart, $3.47, approximately 1/8 used) - $.43
